Stirling Maynard conquer Scarfell Pike!

During the summer, a team of eleven colleagues from Stirling Maynard Consulting Engineers travelled into the Northern wilderness to conquer the tallest mountain in England! Scafell Pike measures 978m (3,209 ft) high and is home to the highest standing water in England, known as Broad Crag Tarn.

The group bravely went up Scafell Pike using the Langdale via Rossett Gill route which was a 9km hike each way. The hike required a lot of stamina and determination from the group and ended up taking over eight hours to complete.

Stirling Maynard Consulting Engineers raised an amazing £1250 for Little Miracles. Thank you to everyone who participated, supported and donated. Funds raised will go a long way to helping lots of local families of children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions.

If you’re interested in taking on a challenge for Little Miracles, please email fundraising@littlemiraclescharity.org.uk we'd love to talk to you!
